Kinitics Automation Appoints Terry Bendera as Chief Commercial Officer to Drive Commercial Growth and Market Expansion
Vancouver, BC – July XX, 2025 – Kinitics Automation Limited, a leader in advanced motion control solutions using Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) technology, announces the appointment of Terry Bendera as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). In this role, Bendera will report directly to the CEO and take responsibility for leading Kinitics’ commercial strategy, sales and marketing activities, and customer engagement efforts.
Leading Commercial Development at a Critical Time
As CCO, Bendera will oversee all aspects of Kinitics’ commercial operations, including the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies, management of customer relationships, and the coordination of third-party sales agents. He will also play a key role in expanding the company’s sales pipeline and identifying new business opportunities, particularly in support of Kinitics’ upcoming Series A financing round.

His global experience includes building distribution networks across North America and internationally.
A graduate of Stanford Business School and a recipient of the Dale Carnegie Highest Achievement Award, Bendera is a mentor with the University of Alberta’s imYEG innovation group and has been recognized by EY and the Global Petroleum Show for leadership in emerging technologies.
